The Mountain Trike wheelchair: from undergraduate to commercial project

For those of you who don't know (where have you been!) the Mountain Trike all terrain wheelchair was born 10 years ago (wow time flies!) as an idea that Tim Morgan had during his final year design project.  Tim studied Innovation and Engineering Design at the University of Bath in the Universities Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Tim still has close connections with the University of Bath and his success story is one that is often highlighted to other design engineering students.

Tim's latest case study can be viewed on the Universities website and highlights the challenges of running a small business and how it is now a thriving small business.
