National Trust & English Heritage
Our MT Push was evolved from conversations with the National Trust and now they have an ever growing number of sites who provide our all terrain wheelchairs for visitor use at National Trust and English Heritage sites across the country.
If you have outdoor spaces that could be enhanced with an all terrain wheelchair then get in touch to arrange a demo. We’ll talk through our product range with your visitor experience staff to check suitability at your site giving them an opportunity to test ride the Mountain Trike around the grounds and parkland.
Healthcare Professionals
We are innovators in the wheelchair sector and consider ourselves to be adaptive and flexible with customers, offering solutions for outdoor access with our unique all terrain wheelchair range.
We work with a wide range of healthcare professionals from OT’s, Physios, and Case Managers to support them with the evaluation process to help improve their clients lives.
National Parks & Forestry
Stunning spaces, landscapes, wildlife, lifestyles and adventures - our National Parks and Forestry should be enjoyed by all, but unfortunately if you have limited mobility this can be difficult.
We have partnered with Campaign for National Parks to help improve the access to green spaces and National Parks overseas are adding fleets of Mountain Trikes as part of their adaptive hiking programs.
Activity Centres, Charities, Education
Making time to disconnect and spending time in the outdoors can inspire and develop individuals and access to a range of recreational activities shouldn’t be limited.
Whether you are an independent activity centre, a charity or an educational centre the Mountain Trike can really enhance lives supporting inclusive adventure. The Mountain Trike can be used to support individuals' life-long pursuits or peer group activities such as expeditions like the Duke of Edinburgh. Anything is possible for everyone!
Rehabilitation Centres
It is an extremely traumatic and daunting time for anyone who has sustained a life-changing personal injury or illness. Individual rehabilitation assessments and interventions will vary and we have a very flexible approach working with relevant key people involved with rehabilitation.
The Mountain Trike all terrain wheelchair is an ideal option for individuals looking for a wheelchair to help with recreational activities. As well as working with individual professionals we work with specific sector specialists who have rehabilitation units such as the Stroke society, MS Society, Neurological and hospital patients.
Spinal Cord Units
Life beyond a spinal cord injury can feel limited but many of our customers who are looking to pursue an active lifestyle have found the Mountain Trike all terrain wheelchair has given them the freedom and independence they didn’t think would be possible with a spinal cord injury.
We are happy to visit you and your patient(s) to provide 1:1 demos or if convenient group demos at your spinal injury centre. Patients will get to see our full range of our Mountain Trike all terrain wheelchairs and if appropriate can test ride for suitability.
County Councils
Local Authorities or County Councils have many strings to their bow and an accessibility strategy with the aim of making their community accessible and inclusive is an important area. Tackling the barriers that prevent disabled people from fully benefiting and engaging in society can vary by region.
We have worked with local authorities supplying fleets of Mountain Trikes to enable beach access, help with access to local attractions, as well as cycling for all projects.
Tourism
Tourism covers a plethora of sectors from travel and accommodation, to all sorts of visitor attractions and even festivals and events. Ensuring these are accessible to people with disabilities should be a priority so everyone can enjoy these experiences.
