I am writing to express my gratitude for your wonderful product and equally wonderful customer service, all the way from my initial enquiry and onto after sales support.

In terms of the product, I resisted a wheelchair for years, as I don’t want to be seen as disabled. With an eTrike, this really feels like a top-end mountain bike, that happens to use levers rather than pedals and, just like an electric bike, lets you tackle hills and distance easier. The eTrike for me is a logical progression from an Alinker, where passers-by are curious to talk to you to learn about it, rather than see you as disabled. 

In terms of customer service, the expression “exceeds customer expectations” does not do justice to your customer centric approach. For example, Seb has just come all the way to my home to fit the armrests that Roger noticed I needed. Seb then gave me his whole afternoon to help me conquer my first two eTrike challenges being to get up the steep hill and into my local pub, and self-load into a car boot.
