Production and lead times Statement 2022/2023

Dear Customers

We wanted to outline and explain the current situation that we find ourselves in regarding manufacturing of our products.

• although the restrictions and extreme measures of the pandemic are reduced, the knock on effects are still on going and affecting different countries in different ways.
• many of our manufacturing partners and suppliers globally are still playing catchup after a combination of 2 years of very high order levels combined with factory closures, reduced staff, material shortages and shipping delays.
• things are improving and we have reduced our lead times in the last quarter of 2022 and continue to work hard to bring them down further throughout 2023.
• there are still occasional global supply delays/issues which are out of our control so we always aim to quote a maximum lead time and be as transparent as possible.
